Jana is presenting a travelling version of 'Noisiest Guys on the Planet' for the exhibition 'Animal Voices. Connecting through Sound'. "The exhibition 'Animal Voices: Contact through Sound' investigates the question of how humans can relate to other species by truly listening. Sound becomes a connecting element between humans and animals—as a form of contact, interaction, and resonance. The artworks make animal voices, soundscapes, and interspecies music tangibly perceptible across various media. By focusing on animal voices, the show encourages us to take non-human expressions seriously, de-centering humans and exploring the diverse ways species co-exist. At the same time, the exhibition reflects on ecological and political issues such as species extinction, noise pollution, and the increasing inaudibility of animal voices in the Anthropocene.."
