16th September, 18.00, Deichman Libary, Grünerløkka. Noise and the imagination, panel discussion with Mike Harding (UK) Touch, Ole Anton Engen, Health and Welfare, Oslo Council and Jana Winderen. As part of the project Manual for the construction of a sound to elaborate social connection during the Ultima festival. Initiated by Brandon LaBelle and Jana Winderen, co- produced by Hjørdis Kurås / Atelier Nord.
